I believe food should nourish both the body and the spirit. My cakes are a reflection of my journey—from working at two Michelin-star restaurants to discovering a deeper connection with food through fasting. Watching countless celebration cakes filled with sugar, gluten, and dairy go to waste sparked something in me. I became determined to create something better—desserts that not only taste incredible but also feel good for the body.

Years of fasting taught me how food affects us on a deeper level. Through water fasts, juice fasts, and even dry fasting, I became more attuned to the impact of what we eat. Desserts, traditionally overloaded with sugar and fillers, seemed like the perfect challenge. Using my experience and passion, I developed a unique technique that relies on whole, organic ingredients naturally sweetened with dried fruit.

The result? Raw, nutrient-packed cakes that are as wholesome as they are indulgent. Each slice is made to nourish, inspire, and satisfy.

My slogan, “Let the cake be your medicine,” reflects a belief that eating well should elevate the spirit and nourish the body. Every cake is made with care, often accompanied by a blessing, hoping to inspire goodness in all who enjoy it.
